“I was a member years ago when Sam's Club was for businesses first then individual shoppers. We belonged to another club but Sam's Club made an offer for joining we could not refuse. When we went there we were presently surprised. They were huge and had everything you could want. One negative comment though. We are an older couple and there were so many good things to buy that we wanted but we didn't buy them. One had to buy a huge amount in every package. We won't be alive before we finish it. Make the packages smaller and we'll buy more. Only negative comment.”
“Headed in for my appointment today, and even tho it took a little longer than I was expecting the customer service was awesome. Dee (I think was the woman who helped me at the desk) was fantastic and even helped me with my son while I was waiting. Raj (who I believe is the manager) greeted me & made sure he came and spoke before I left with my car. Matt (the tech who worked on my car) was super polite and made sure to let me know what my next steps were. I got a quote for the same job for over 400$ and there prices were less than half of what another tire place was going to charge me.”
