They really need to fire one of their customer service girls. I went to pay my electric bill like I always have had no issues doing yet this one young chick DIDNT PROCCESS THE WESTERN UNION PAY THING AND I HAD MY POWER CUT BCUZ OF HER NEGLIGENCE! also they need to stop price gouging ppl. Hell a year ago we could buy food to last a month at a time now an entire snap benefit OF 300 BARELY GETS ME BY FOR A MONTH where I'd still have plenty left 3yrs ago before government took bribes from Corporations n grocers etc to keep prices high so THEY PROFIT N WE SUFFER!

Always a problem finding on sale items. Had to have someone paged for help. Today they have no cubed steak (bogo), won't give a rain check, won't offer a different cut of meat. Just told me go to another store. So I will. Going to Walmart

This store is awesome all the employees are great and helpful, however somebody used my points but never showed on my digital receipts weird huh? So I call the number for customer service in the need help part of the app, and that woman is the rudest person I've ever dealt with not only was she rude she said I needed a new number! So I have her a new number she took away all my percent backs! I had 2 left. I love this store but I go to Walmart no problem.

I usually shop here alot and always a positive experience, but today I was busy at home, and I ordered online 150$ worth of groceries. Instead of them calling me because the delivery driver couldn't find my address, they cancelled my order which I waited 2 hours for a notice of cancellation. Unbelievable. I don't think this will be my store anymore. Take my business elsewhere. Upsetting because they charged my card! This should have been handled better!

It is very clean and has a little bit of everything. No self cash out, so you do have to wait a little longer for they only had 2 cashiers, which they both seemed very friendly and smiles and doing their best, so they gave me a feeling of a wholesomeness of human beings still exist.

I have gone to this store many times for many different things. I have found things out of date repeatably. Today was no different. I have personally taken items off the shelf that were out of date. I've taken them to customer service. They take them and put them right back on the shelf when I have left the store. I've spoken to the customer service manager and the store manager myself. I've told them that if I have to do the worker's job then I want their pay. Today I seen children's gummy vitamins completely melted together and sure enough it was out of date. It was from 2023. Please people check dates on everything. They need to rotate their stock. First in first out.

In my opinion, there is no need for cashiers to treat costumers with such trust. I am a cashier and I don't have to say baby love or comments with such trust. Good afternoon, good morning or evening, thank you is enough, especially this Harvey's, including the white American employees.
