“We had my son’s 7th birthday here and I was so happy with the experience. The coaches played with my boys while we set up (thank you!) and they kept 20 kiddos engaged for an hour and a half with fun games and races and obstacle courses without a break! The kids absolutely loved it and went home totally worn out after the party ended to some happy parents ?There is a second floor which was perfect for setting up drinks snacks and cake and gave the parents a Birds Eye view of the activities below while giving us a little space to ourselves to socialize. Plenty of seating upstairs and some downstairs as well.Not the cheapest option but honestly I feel like we absolutely got our money’s worth and would highly recommend them for parties. Many of the parents were talking about signing their kids up for lessons, which I am sure would be great. Daniel and Derek were so great with the kids and truly professional. Check this place out!”

“I've been a member for the past few months. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Staff have been great. Facility is always clean and has a strong selection of equipment. It can definitely get busy in prime times (and times that are not prime at other gyms but definitely are in retiree-heavy LWR), but overall I am very satisfied with the membership.”

“It's a beautiful gym, large, excellent equipment, lots of classes, and polite staff. However the background music is awful. If you like the Taylor Swift genre it's for you, but soft classic rock seems like a no brainer for the 60+ crowd.”
