“It's a beautiful gym, large, excellent equipment, lots of classes, and polite staff. However the background music is awful. If you like the Taylor Swift genre it's for you, but soft classic rock seems like a no brainer for the 60+ crowd.”

“I had the opportunity to attend the Hydro games tournament and all I can say that this gym and its ppl know what they’re doing, athletes very strong and have lots of endurance. It’s family friendly and it’s all about bettering yourself! This is the place to get in shape and stay in shape!!!!
