“Many thanks to the UPS store staff, I received a package that was not mine and opened it, when I realized it was not mine, I took to the UPS store and left it there. Once I got home, and checked for a package that I was waiting for, I realized that my package was checked off as delivered. I called the UPS store and Cara was very helpful! She took a picture of the label and sent to me so that I could contact the store my items were marked delivered from. I have been to this UPS store several times and everyone is always nice, professional and friendly.
