I want to say a special thank you to the young lady who urged me to take a photo of my returned equipment to Frontier - months and months later they tried to charge me $160 for it and I had proof because of her awesome reminder that I had in fact returned the equipment months ago. “Am seeing some low reviews for this location but that was not my experience at all. I was staying at Myakka State Park campground and a package I was waiting for got delayed and was going to arrive too late for me to wait for it there (tracking said it would arrive by 9pm), so I called the dist center and they told me it would first go to this location. That's where Kenny gave me outstanding customer service. He took my tracking number and cell phone and intercepted the package in the morning. Then he called me and said he had it in hand. I was able to pick it up at 10am and continue my journey without delay. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you Kenny!”
