“Recently in need of a simple blood test I first visited Lab Corp. Two different locations near me were not impressive; difficult to find anyone to speak with. I then went to Quest on Cattlemen Rd as a walk in. The office was bright, clean and efficient. The check-in is all electronic and I was given an appointment for 45 minutes later (just enough time to visit Home Depot). I was taken in at precisely the appointed time and my lab tech "Dayana" was wonderful! In and out in 20 minutes, so can't say enough good about Quest Diagnostics, at least for this location.”

“I have always had a hard time with getting blood drawn. I always end up getting sick or passing out, or the person drawing it cannot find a vein. That was not the case here, they took care of me and had me in and out in 15 minutes. This was the first time in YEARS that I got through getting my blood drawn without throwing up. They made me very comfortable and were so helpful!!”
“Excellent customer service here and the actual lab not far. The phlebotomist, April, was top notch and right on. You could tell she enjoyed her job and was a people person.”

“I have always had exceptional caring attendants and technicians at the SMH outpatient Lab!!! I can be a very difficult patient due to my veins being very small, each time they have been patient and very careful. Very clean and neat waiting room and blood draw rooms. Always prompt at getting the results to my ordering doctor in a timely manner. The registration associates are pleasant and very professional. Thank you!!!!”

“I use this LABCORP at Walgreens at least once a month. I avoid going on Mondays. Don't know why but Monday seems to be the busiest morning. I try to get there there between 8 & 9 a.m. to avoid those trying to get tested before reporting to work. The electronic kiosk sign-in is relatively simple and quick. I rarely wait as much as 10 minutes. The "Flea-bottomless" are quite good, but must do a LOT of PC input. I don't recommend that you go there as it may cause me a longer wait.”

“I live 10 minutes from a Labcorp but I am happy to drive 30 minutes to this location. Everyone is always so helpful and kind. Even with what appears to be one staff member working at a time, they are efficient and pleasant.”
“Absolutely wonderful hospital. I was looking at some of the reviews of this hospital and I'm completely shocked at some of the ratings. I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.”

“Lapcorp is always a pleasantly nice experience when I go. I've found going ti the Labcorp inside of the local near by Walgreens where I live is way more convenient for me and alot less wait times too for waiting to have your labwork drawn but whenever I go into a big Labcorp I have always had a good experience although Labcorp is always under staffed and short handed with employees or so I have been told by previous patients and even employees too. I definitely think the wait times could be shorter but considering the type of appointment too, it still shouldn't take an hour wait time between patients. I used to do phlebotomy everyday many years ago and doing drawing labs on many patients everyday you still shouldn't have long wait times between patients. Labcorp needs to higher more staffing otherwise Labcorp rocks!”
