“I brought in my Tucson for a dent on the rear quarter panel. The office was friendly to deal with. When I walked up to my car I was amazed to see the professional job that was done. If I didnt know where the dent was, I wouldnt be able to tell what side of the car it happened on. I met Eddie briefly and thanked him for such a professional job. Highly Recommended.”

“**Updating my review because this place is really on their P's and Q's when it comes to customer service. Meaning they take good care of you! Following my initial review, I was contacted about my concerns by Raphael and he made sure to walk thru and review each concern. Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied following the detailed tune up. My mufflers were aligned and the gap was closed. I was happy with their work and will recommend this location because their customer service is top tier..especially for a car service shop.------original review:Following an accident where I was sandwiched between two cars, I figured it was a good place to take my car for repairs.Customer service is good. Especially Lisa at the front desk. Very friendly. Getting my rental was a breeze. Although I requested text updates, I had to call and request updates. No biggie. Once my car was ready, I was excited to pick it up, expecting quality work.I was** disappointed with the repairs. I still have a gap in the front grill, and the back panel is not flush with the rest of the car. I also had misaligned mufflers.”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bruce is awesome. He is honest, a pleasure to work with and his work is perfection. I contacted Bruce after getting quotes from a few other local places with astronomical prices that were 4 times as much as what Bruce charged. His prices cannot be beat and work is meticulously. We are thrilled with the results and you cannot even tell any damage was done. Also, this was a job that was supposed to take a week, he got done in 2 days. I would recommend him to anyone looking for car repairs!!!Services: Painting”

“USE DOCK'S!!!!! I got the recommendation from someone at the dealership as well as the place the dealership uses. Dock's was $4000 cheaper than the other place and he did an AMAZING JOB. Honest, easy to get ahold of on the phone (I called a million times) and he did the work quickly so my daughter could get home for spring break. She has a Subaru Outback that now looks new! Don't bother looking any further. Bring your car to Docks.”

“Your tecs caused serious damage to my car this week. I am unable to get ahold of anyone, phone goes to voicemail. I've never even seen damage this bad to the body of the car caused before. In addition they had multiple other failures, breaks and having to re do the job all three times since Tuesday. How you have 3 employees and cause as much damage and mess up this many times is beyond me. I need management to contact me immediately to repair this damage.”

“Okay, so on 11/8/23 I was hit by a car in the parking lot at work (Camry) when I was not in the car and the car was parked. There was around $1500 of bumper/quarter panel damage. A month later (I am not kidding) I was rear ended by another car in our other Vehicle (Highlander) coming out of Church. There was around $3800 in damage for that "incident". Zero liability to me in either case. Point is; The at fault driver's insurance in both cases had Gerber Wesley Chapel as a preferred shop. I am very glad they did. Shelley hand held me through both instances; two unique experiences with two different insurance companies (that were not my own). She advocated for me during the process; anticipated every move they would make, which was nice as I'd not had body work needed in quite some time. Repair- flawless in both cases. Rental car (Enterprise) integration to the shop. . perfect both times. Amount of time in the shop. . . half the estimated time in both cases; with communication all along the way. In house staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Even got a kick out of the "office dog" (sorry, forgot the name). Bottom line: I'd use them again. I hope I don't have to; but I would not hesitate. Thanks Gerber!!!!”
