“Assistant Manager David went WAY above and beyond in customer service. The store was out of the 2 liter Publix brand tonic water. David looked on his phone , searched the store room, and found out the liquor store had 3 bottles. He personally ran down the shopping center to the liquor store and got them for me. Thank you, David, for your excellent customer service!”

“I mean it's a Publix. Where shopping is a pleasure. Beautiful store. Can get crowded bc of that. Check your product labels before putting them in your cart in case you have to self checkout. It can get busy! Aisles can get crowded too and some people are in a hurry and not too cheerful. Grateful for Publix!:)”
“Buying groceries. Excellent store. Probably the biggest variety of products of any publix in the area. I especially like the wide aisle at the back of the store. that aisle at many publix stores is narrow and crowded. I also like the parking lot with many trees. It is well laid out and does not feel congested.”
“Plenty of parking spots & shopping carts, clean store, well stocked produce variety, baked goods. Deli was super busy at 1:30pm and not enough products on the carry out shelves with a long line waiting for sandwiches or deli orders. Plenty of buy one get one offers. Employees were very courteous and the self checkout worked perfectly. Would recommend this location to others.”
“They had everything I needed, and the people were exceptionally helpful. All the workers seem to be upbeat. Very good meat and hot food bar. They also make the best Footlong sandwiches. The best for that area. A man named Chris seems to be extremely helpful.”

“Completely changing my super old review. This is a nice Aldi. Sure there are boxes lying all around and the shelves are often only partially full, but it gets the job done. They now have the self checkout lanes which I despised the first day but have grown on me. They generally have one cashier still along with the 5. self-checkouts. They could probably use one more row of self-checkouts though, as there should be no excuse for having a line build up anymore. Prices are good, and quality is decent to great. Some things you just have to get at Publix. The number of beggars out in front of the store has gone down significantly over the years. Not sure what changed. Whoops, update, no more self checkout. I get it.”
“The produce is always fresh. I alway come here for vegetables for my daughter and your fish we will not buy it any place else. She has allergies to so many things and it is very important to me that I get organic, clean fresh fruit and veggies for her so I can cook for her daily.”
“This Publix is absolutely clean, beautiful inside and out, and have the best staff members and management personnel. I love shopping at this store because it is always nicely organized and very clean. The fresh food made in the deli and bakery always tastes fresh and looks great. The best part of going shopping here is if you need help, someone is always there to assist you. The managers, cashiers, and everyone that works here are actually very nice, and caring people who are always extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to shop here! This Publix store is awesome in every way! The Pharmacy, Produce, Cashiers, and the entire staff are amazing!”
“Today I had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a grocery store. I stopped in to grab a pub sub and I was greeted by a gentlemen named Casey. He was prompt and made my (normally annoyingly hard sandwich) with no problems! As he was making my sandwich he made sure to greet anyone who came near the counter and made sure they knew he would be right with him. Even though he was busy, he handled it with grace. Great job Casey!!”
“Only thing i dislike about aldi is the lack of open registers and employees. I saw 6 , 1 in the registers 4 on the floor and 1 coming out of the back with stock to put up. Please hire employees for the registers only instead of letting go 1800. To flourish in these hard times because the food here is cheaper than most of not all grocery stores. I've seen an influx of customers in the past 30 days let alone the past 3 years at aldi. Other than that I love aldi”

“oh my gosh impeccable service let me just tell you this wonderful woman named tori (one of the deli workers) provided the fastest and best service anyone could ask for she wasn't impatient she wasn't being rude and best of all she mad my sub so delectable I didn't want to eat anything else that day cause I knew no food would come close to being as good as that sub it was so good it made me cry a little to this day I haven't had a better sub. so in conclusion,

“I went for the grand opening this morning and the store is amazing!! The staff were all very friendly. Coming from an Ohio Aldi, I was very surprised to see the same low prices here in FL!! You can't beat $2.46 gal for milk. I will be back.”
“Just like a European version, only with reduced offers, but this is understandable given the US context. I find it price/quality competitive with respect to the main Florida supermarket chain. “I cannot remember the pharmacists name, but I went in with my mom after she was released from the hospital. She was unable to pay for Eliquis, as we were not expecting it to be $500. The pharmacist was so helpful, quick to help and understanding. Gave us a 10 day supply, giving us time to try to figure out if there was an alternative.
I went back to pick up additional medication 2 weeks later, and again she was quick to assist a mix up with the order. Fixed it while we were shopping.
I will update when I get her name. But the service, understanding, and kindness are invaluable to your store.”
“Bravo Supermarket on Bearss Ave is very clean and a well run grocery store with friendly staff. The vegetables are well displayed and of good quality. They also have a dedicated meat department with a butcher on site. The store is well laid out and tidy with roomy aisles. The cost of most items are reasonable while costs for some items are higher, and they do have daily specials. I would recommend this store for a safe, clean and reasonable place to shop.”
“It is truly sad that only those few with negative comments and not the vast majority with positive comments seek out social platforms and review boards to display their one sided opinions. This is a great pharmacy, they answer the phones, attend to your needs and get what you need when you need it. Like any business some employees may be distasteful, but all the true pharmacists that work at this location are professional, attentive and friendly. Don’t base your decision on a star rating, try them yourself and make your own decision on how this pharmacy operates and interacts with its customers.”
“Surprised to see some harsh reviews for this location. Actually like their offerings & reasonable prices. As with other Aldis they carry only a few options of certain staples which I find helpful vs too many to choose from and ones they carry actually better over other grocery chains. Like a 4 pk artisan green leaf lettuce here for only $2.99. Everything bagels pack only $1.99...come on! Fresh herbs can be had for as little as $1.69, seriously! Their frozen meals are tasty, good value & quality. Happy they moved into our neighborhood, close enough to walk after a good workout at the gym next door. Friendly & efficient staff as well ?”
