“Lorraine is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I am a door dasher and of course I was having massive issues with the app and she what’s absolutely patient and understanding with me. We had to void and rescan 5Xs and not once did she ever Ever show their frustration with the situation even though both of us were about done with it. She always make sure to jump and check me out as quickly as she’s able to. She’s friendly and always treats me when I enter the store. I have not had one issue. Anybody in this store, they feed me happy and smile for the most part. There is one that doesn’t ever seem to smile, but I know you guys are busy and so I don’t say anything, but Lorraine is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of my favorite Stores to come to”

“The deli staff was so friendly and joyful tonight. I love Publix subs and tonight they had that london broil with the roast beef and dried onions and it was delicious! I usually shop closer to home because this one is always packed. Surprisingly tonight was pretty bearable so i was able to get my stuff and come out in no time. I love their bogos and how the store is always clean. I love shopping at Publix.”

“I may be a little biased because this is my local store, but the Publix in Westchase is one of the best grocery stores around. I actually enjoy shopping here.
The employees are consistently some of the nicest and most helpful people you’ll find in any grocery store. If you need help finding something, they don’t just point you in the right direction — they’ll walk you over to it. That level of service is rare these days.
The store is always clean, well stocked, and organized. Every time I shop at another Publix or another grocery store, I end up comparing it to this one — and most of the time this Westchase Publix comes out ahead.
Great staff, great service, and a consistently good shopping experience. This is how a grocery store should be run.”

“Stopped by La Teresita Supermarket right after flying into Tampa, and I’m so glad I did. If you’re looking for authentic Cuban food, this place absolutely delivers. The Cuban coffee was exactly what I needed—strong, rich, and perfect after a long travel day.
They offer a full selection of Spanish and Cuban foods, plus groceries and fresh pastries that all looked incredible. You can really feel the authenticity and local charm the moment you walk in.

Deli was super busy at 1:30pm and not enough products on the carry out shelves with a long line waiting for sandwiches or deli orders. Plenty of buy one get one offers. Employees were very courteous and the self checkout worked perfectly. Would recommend this location to others.”

“A legit yummy Dominican mini-market with yummy food prepared to go. The red beans were delicious! The Morro, the shrimp and the madero, so,yum! They were outside grilling Churrasco steaks and it smelled so good. I can’t wait to stop by here many times to pick up some delicious typical Dominican-seasoned food.”
“We love shopping here. It is one of our regular Sunday grocery stops for staples. The deli has such good sub sandwiches and all of the deli meals are delicious especially the Oxtail. They also make the best Cafe con Leche! Great meat and pastry selection! As well as fresh veggies and fruits. Friendly staff and very nice at putting up with me trying to speak some Spanish :) Very clean, neat and organized. Thumbs up!”

“I would like to thank Frankie, one of their assistant managers, for his professionalism, sincerity, and kindness in helping me locate one of my favorite products. As I approached the cold coffee creamer stand, I noticed the creamer I was looking for was out of stock. As Frankie walked by, I said excuse me, Sir, do you have the out-of-stock product in the back. He nicely stated, " Wait a minute, Sir, and I will look. He returned with a box of the creamer in two minutes, and I brought two. Job Well Done!”
“Completely changing my super old review. This is a nice Aldi. Sure there are boxes lying all around and the shelves are often only partially full, but it gets the job done. They now have the self checkout lanes which I despised the first day but have grown on me. They generally have one cashier still along with the 5. self-checkouts. They could probably use one more row of self-checkouts though, as there should be no excuse for having a line build up anymore. Prices are good, and quality is decent to great. Some things you just have to get at Publix. The number of beggars out in front of the store has gone down significantly over the years. Not sure what changed. Whoops, update, no more self checkout. I get it.”

“I love this Aldi and shopping selection employees are always nice and helpful * Only issue I have is the two scammers sitting out side pretty much harassing us for money when we come to shop and today there was a female an male together he tried to be intimidating to me and my kids because he seen I was an only female with three kids I am reporting this to the store hopefully something can be done if not an they are still there I will be taking further action on my own because no one should feel unsafe to get groceries and I shop here because I’m not rich so I don’t need to be begged for my money I work for mines and I have my own family to care for”

A wonderful lady called ‘Marsha’ helped me find what I needed & was totally engaging - a young chap in the fruit department said my single banana would be lonely without another ( great upsell!) and the guys in the coffee shop made smashing coffee. Well done- many of the staff in our supermarkets in the UK should come to you for training ….”
“Maria at the Publix deli is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, she makes one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. She’s not only great at what she does, but she also has such a funny and welcoming personality that makes the whole experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
Employees like Maria are hard to find these days. She deserves a raise and honestly some time off too for being such a great employee and consistently bringing such positive energy to the deli. Publix is lucky to have her!”
