“I know this place gets a lot of bad reviews mostly from the towing side of things. But who likes towing companies anyway except when they are stuck on the highway. Regardless I was referred here by another local mechanic to have Jim fix my differential on a 2019 Ram 1500. Jim was very professional, explained everything ordered parts and my truck is now good as new. Please ignore the bad reviews, he is a great mechanic and he knows what he is doing. “I have had 2 of my vehicles repaired by Ram. One was an engine replacement and the other was an engine rebuild. I didn't have any issues from either one. This shop does great work at a great price. It really bothers me to see people calling Ram and his family racist. They most definitely are not. It's so easy to pull the race card when things don't go your way, especially when you're the actual problem. Ram is a gentlemen of color, so I don't see how anyone could remotely call him a racist.....and yes I'm black myself. This shop does a good service to the community, there's no where else you can go and get work performed with just a handshake. Some of you may have had issues with their service, but I guarantee you. Part of the problem was you not understanding what you were agreeing to and not the actual work performed. Ram can listen to a car and tell you exactly what is wrong with it and about how long you have until it breaks down. As for me, I will continue to call him and ask for his help. You cannot make everyone happy....”
