“Michael Nguyen is the MVP of bankers!!! I went in to the Bank today to take care of something. Screaming kids, people who only wanted to deal with "their person" due to language barriers, the whole nine yards. Michael swoops in like a superstar and knocks the wait list down to nothing. Unfazed. He was so customer conscious and took care of my transaction fast and easy, all the while taking care to be sure he was correct. I hate going to the bank. Not so much anymore. I would go to this branch any day. The team worked together really well. Thank you Michael.”
