“Great gym! Clean mats and facilties. The coaches are awesome if you are a beginner they take time and explaining concepts in a way to understand. More advanced people will have a variety of training partners with different styles that help you get better faster. Kids look like there having a blast anytime I see a Kids class. I recommend it for anyone whether you are a kid , beginner or advanced there is something for everyone.”

“Personnel are pleasant, facility is clean, equipment works well and it is very convenient for me.My only suggestion is that if your clock must display military time (24 hours) change it ahead or behind by 12 hours. Presently it reads evening in the daytime. In other words, 10 o’clock at night should read 2200 hours. If you have any ex-military personnel on staff they’ll know what that means.”
