“Super awesome spot! My problem ended up being more extensive than he thought so it did take longer than expected but he got my phone working the same day and it didn't break the bank. He was super patient every time I called to check on the status and gave me accurate updates. Moe really is the plug for phone needs and fixes. Good work takes time and he did a wonderful job. “I have been waiting for a review survey from T-Mobile so I could let someone know how awesome of a job Carl, Elijah and a young Hispanic gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot. I have not received it yet though so I figured I leave a review. I walked in and everyone was already busy helping a customer, but no problem with me. As I waited for everyone to finish up, I paid attention to all three of their customer interactions and MAN are they great at customer service. I could immediately tell all the customers in there were idiots who made their own problems that they wanted the staff to fix. The way all three employees handled their own separate conundrum was an amazing show as I was waiting. Seriously all three of them deserve a raise. I worked in customer service before and I don't know how they are able to do this after just those couple of customers. Oh and also they were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me what I needed which was a mobile hotspot. They were straightforward on the plan coverage and the costs, they answered any all questions. GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE MAN!! Also probably everyone else in there who deals with customers, cause man I know nothing but straight KNUCKLEHEADS walk in there lol”

“I had the worst experience setting up a telephone line with Xfinity. I spent hours setting trying to set up the phone line via phone in which they advised they could not complete due to the location but the apartment next door had a phone line with xfinity. Then I was advised to go to one store which they initially told me they closed at 9 pm when they closed at 8 pm so they were closed when I arrived. They advised that I could pick up the equipment in the morning. I took an uber to that location (not the palm beach lakes location) they stated they could not assist because they did not even have the equipment and had to go to the xfinity located at 1831 Palm beach lakes blvd WPB FL location which I had to pay for another uber to get to so more money out of my pocket due to being provided the incorrect informantion. I went to the store already irritated asnd just wanted to leave the service all together.
BUT when I got to the palm beach location and was assisted by Jeff and expressed my frustration, he let me know why the first location may not have equipment. He apologized though he did nothing wrong and advised that stores don’t have individual numbers. I spoke to him about why I needed the service, but did not want it any more with xfinity after all I went through and he understood and just spoke to me and listened and he is the reason I will keep the service. He gave me all the information I needed and provided additional resources for any issues I may run into when it comes to activating the service. His customer service was impeccable and it needs to be recognized. Anyone who has had similar experiences dealing with xfinity should definitely speak to and receive assistance from him.
