Lantana Sport Complex is a favorite gym with a positive and happy atmosphere. It has all equipment needed, a wide range for use, and a lot of charm. The best staff are super friendly, helpful, and always motivating. The instructors make members want to work out. It is also a good place to take kids to play baseball or soccer, though parking is limited during competitions. Every time members leave, they feel great again.

Good place to take your kids to play baseball or soccer. Parking is limited, so during competitions is good idea to arrive early.

Palm Beach Spring Bash Tournament... nice fields very well kept!

The classes are never the same which is so refreshing! The instructors actually make me want t work out and keep coming back for more!!
