“Val was the best! She made move in so easy. Excellent communication and complete understanding of the entire process made me very comfortable with the rental. Highly recommend this business. My unit was clean and waiting for me. Easy to access yard and unit. Security cameras were visible and worked well. Monitors visible in office. Overall very clean. Probably the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever used.”

“My only problem came with central location and not with the one I have my storage unit with. I was down sizing, taking stuff out and letting the unit go, and then getting another small unit in the same building. When I called to rent the next unit they had one available. I said I’ll take it. And what is my confirmation number?
The woman said just use the new units number150. I said ok and I’ll start the day I close out the other unit, which was only a week or two. When I got there I told the manager Tom I reserved a unit. 150. He looked it up and said it was taken. I said but I have a confirmation number 150? He said HO! We were waiting for to call us back?”
