Wells Fargo Bank is a very busy location that is right off of I-95. The building is very large and nice inside during business hours, though the parking lot is very narrow and hard to drive in. Some feel the area is a little sketchy, with lines of people at the ATM, and do not feel very safe, visiting only when absolutely necessary. However, the customer service inside is frequently highlighted as excellent. Employees are described as efficient, effective, personable, and customer conscious. Staff members flawlessly attend to banking needs, explain things in an easy and understandable way, and often go above and beyond, even staying after closing hours to help. The team works together really well to manage wait lists and provide prompt assistance. Many reviewers express being thankful for the service, rating their experience very highly.

Went today to open my first account and everything was excellent. The costumer service and the banker who attended me as a first time costumer(last name Valburn) he explained everything in a way that it was easy and understandable and I really appreciated that. Excellent service!

I just wanted to say thank you again to Jay and the manager for going above and beyond today. Jay was willing to stay after closing hours to finish helping us. It was greatly appreciated.
