“The true measure of a business is not just how they handle the sales and product fulfillment, but how they take of their customers when things don't go great. I purchased my first Abyss product, a 3000 watt power inverter from an authorized dealer. Upon receipt, the unit had an issue. I immediately contacted Abyss, and the first person I spoke with, Justin, was able to resolve my concerns. In my case, he chose to replace my unit with a brand new one, but what I appreciated greatly was the fact that he had a replacement label sent within 20 minutes and they shipped a new unit out as soon as they confirmed I dropped the old one off. All in all I received the defective unit on Thursday and had a new unit in my hands by Saturday. You cannot ask for better service. I know it helps that I am located in Florida, but that type of customer service deserves recognition. All products can have an issue, but it is how a company stands by their products that matters. I am happy to report the new inverter functioned as expected and is already installed on my boat.”
