Kai came right up to me, she was so friendly, I am a local and I purchase from here frequently and appreciate her bringing different clothing apparel, quite honestly she brought me things that I would not have chosen for myself. I ended up leaving with one of the items. As a business owner in the sales field, I was impressed with Kai’s skills for such a young person, she is definitely an asset to the store.”

“The staff is friendly. The store was neat and organized. The aisles were large enough to accommodate a stroller and the best part was the automatic entry door. Also, they had a nice selection of boys clothes!”
“I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!”
“I mistakenly ordered an item that by policy could not be returned. I wrote and explained the situation and the company graciously took the return and gave me a refund. The company did not have to do honor the return. I so much appreciate a company with integrity.The item arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. It was good quality merchandise and would not have been returned except for my error.”

“Always find something useful here. Ladies behind the counter don't have all the answers, but are friendly and helpful nonetheless. It is good to know that items sold here are being checked via online search if they have all the parts. I will never pay full price for anything, if I can help it. The littles grow so fast that most clothes and toys definitely have plenty of life left in them to be "handed down" at a fraction of the price when purchased new. I recommend shopping here. Prefer this location over the one in Largo any day.”

“This is a new favorite place to shop. Very nice gently used products for babies and children. I love that they have such a wide variety of products. Not just clothes. They have many toys”
