“I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!”

I had no idea Lids did that! Within 15 minutes I had a cool custom hat for my nephew ( who absolutely loved it) thank you Alex . I look forward to creating more custom gifts in the future !”
