About DHL Express Service Point Largo
DHL Express ServicePoint at Cypress Business Park in Largo provides reliable international shipping services and next-day delivery for both personal and business needs. The knowledgeable staff members are praised for their helpfulness and professionalism, ensuring a smooth shipping experience. Customers appreciate the efficiency of the shipping process, with representatives assisting in preparing paperwork quickly. One employee, in particular, received recognition for his excellent customer service during busy periods. However, there are suggestions for additional support during peak times. Some customers noted difficulties when trying to get information over the phone, with one experience described as automated and unhelpful. Additionally, clearer signage is recommended to direct customers to the building's location, as many mistakenly go to a nearby Home Depot instead. Overall, DHL Express ServicePoint offers a satisfactory shipping experience with the potential for improvement in customer communication and navigation.

A very polite young man named Zach (from Clearwater store) carried a heavy, large wooden box inside for me (I'm 70 years old) and he was just wonderful. He made up for a bad delivery guy I had previously from DHL. I'm back as a big fan ... take good care of Zach!!!
