“Made appointment The weight wasn't too bad since I had an appointment. I just can't stand making appointments and happen to wait an hour in a waiting room in an hour to be seen, that's very unprofessional with people because it makes me feel they don't want to listen, and they're hurting people like cattle, getting them in and out without listening. But they did listen and they did very good. I was very happy.”
