First time here. I did a quick drop-off of an online return item. Very clean and organized. The employee was helpful, printing my label and offering to tape the box up. He informed me they do have a self service tablet if needed for future use, if needed.

In store service and employees are friendly and wonderful; however, fedex has one of the worst ai answering services. It doesn’t understand any prompts, will never transfer you to a live person and just repeatedly hangs up on you.

Knowledgeable staff, assisted me with creating and printing elaborately designed thank you cards for a work function. VERY decently price for the work and assistance they provide.
