Had a horrible interaction with the arrogant female behind the counter who was totally unprofessional and un helpful. While the gentlemen working the counter was busy with like 5 different customers, while she sat and ignored everyone on her email. I tried to get assistance because the self service kiosk printer was misaligned. I was explaining the issue to the Gentlemen she starting yelling and rudely interrupting our conversation making everyone look and feel uncomfortable. If she would have listened or got off her butt she could have helped, but instead she just sat and rudely yelled at everyone. Thankfully the young gentlemen was able to resolve the issue without her ignorant involvement. Fed Ex needs to train up their unprofessional staff.

Today I was charged $5.31 to print 3 standard sheets of paper. Last month I printed the same 3 documents and he charged me $2.28. The pricing is very inconsistent here and makes no sense.

I walked in, needing to ship overnight a set of keys. The guy who waited on me was rude, very short answered. Then, when I was going to pay I stated I would have to pay with cash and card. He said no, he couldn't do that. They fedex accepts cash but he couldn't do 1/2 & 1/2. His response was as if he was relieved not to wait on me. Either way that's how I took it because of how he was. My first time at this fedex and last.

Chris is amazing! When I was having an issue locating a package to be able to get a refund, he went above and beyond and got me the information I needed and we found the package and that it had been returned.

I have tried so many times to talk to a FedEx representative this morning and never was able to get through AI. They hung up on me. Also this made me get a Google email. I just need info that AI apparently could not respond to and refused to let me speak to a human. I have never scheduled a pick up before. It is medical in nature. My pick up times were from 8 am to 5 pm. Hello??? it is on ice. I do not want to leave it outdoors. Will the pick up person ring my doorbell to let me know they are here? Will anyone let me know they are on the way as I really have to pick up some meds. Simple questions that I cannot get a response to. I also cannot find where to look up the tracking number anywhere. Thanks for going AI all the way with your company and creating unneeded anxiety for my whole day. Guess it's time to dump the stock eh? Oh, you human CEO's, Directors, Board Members, if any, probably don't care anyway because of your increased bonuses, perks and higher salaries. Better to use machines than have human contact.
