No matter what time I go in there they never seem to have enough help. Tired of trying to access my money but I can’t because they don’t have anyone there to speak to me.

Couldn't leave ZERO STARS. 5/3 is a horrible bank. Their executives all stand around while the teller line is out the door. Been trying to talk my wife into moving our business accounts. Snappy short and rude. They must foster a horrible work place experience as EVERYONE looks miserable
