“I went to Bank of America on East Bay Drive branch at the last minute before they were closing. The Staff at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. She assisted me with taking my Power of Attorney paperwork and scanned them through right away. Then I sat with the Bank financial adviser "Julie" to help me. She was incredible! she opened a case for me immediately and sent it to their law department. She was very professional as well as friendly. She smiled at all times while she was performing her duty although it was time for her to leave. I highly recommend this branch and meet these great staff!”
