“Quite possibly the best bank branch I’ve ever visited. I work with banks frequently in my profession, and I’ve never seen a stronger commitment to putting customers first. Anne, Paula, Dawn, and Nastasia are exceptional at what they do, and they seem to know every person who walks through the door. Mandy has done a remarkable job building and leading such an outstanding team.”

“I have been a Valley Bank customer many years now with never an issue or complaint. Any branch I visit gives attentive customer service. This staff today at the East Bay Largo branch was the most attentive and best service yet. Outstanding. Joe Hutchins and his staff were engaging and took interest in how my day was going. I enjoyed doing business with them and have decided to make them my main branch. Banking was fun with them. I left smiling”
