I bought a DVD. Got it home and there was no DVD inside the jacket. I brought it back and they as much as told me they didn't believe me. I told them they should check them before they sell them. They said they do but I don't believe them. So I'm out the DVD and the money. I won't be back

How are the prices? I'm looking for luggage. Like a suitcase and maybe a small bag. I'm moving the 5th. Would I be better off to pay the prices in the actual stores? I've heard goodwill has raised their prices to a ridiculous amount. Is this true?

Was very disappointed in the way my donations were accepted. Dirty looking containers in which I had to put my linens , pillows etc. No offer to help empty the car. - and I had alot .Just s mumble of *thanks* I hope there will be change in this area soon. Needless to say I'm donating elsewhere.

Asked the manager with glasses if she would do 20$ on a air purifier that i saw a bunch on marketplace going for the same and she declined said all prices are as is. First goodwill ive ever been to where the prices make you question it. Not only that but not willing to renegotiate on the already high price. Go to a different goodwill or salvation army whoever runs this place has marked everything way higher then your average store. Wont return

Filthy. I had to use the bathroom and the door was blocked with donations and the staff refused to move anything for me. So to make my story short I made a mess in my pants. So luckily for me l found a pair of pants in family dollar next door and bought them so l can change into them. Shame on you goodwill for not treating your customers with RESPECT. You lost a customer. I will even tell my friends about your rudeness. Thanks a lot for nothing

This store hires raciest mfs that are employees I use to love coming to this thrift store would find cool things but after being treated like a criminal and being followed around I will never return here and nether should you !.

Absolutely atrocious! It seems like all new staff and management. Will not be back to this location. Exceedingly rude employee.. zero, customer relations skills. Shame on you.
As well, I concur with the vast majority of commentary that addresses their gross inflation.

I was in the store today 3/10. I made some purchases. When I got back to my air bnb, I was going through my things and saw the price tag on a backpack I purchased $49.99. I called and was told no refunds, no returns no exceptions. Really $50 for a bag I could've gotten new for half the price.The tag was wrapped around a zippr pull so I never saw the price before purchase.
