Someone from corporate needs to seriously get in charge of this store. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. $70 for used suitcases and $90 for a vase that would sell for $20 at Homegoods, etc, etc. There is furniture still there from when I moved to this area in August.

This store doesn’t take furniture either; the main website says all the stores take furniture. Was told inside if the couch we wanted to donate was too big they would take it. It wasn’t big at all, they didn’t want it and the loads of items out back was insane and the workers can’t even keep up. Ridiculous.

This is the worst Goodwill I have ever been!! The worker told my husband he couldn’t touch anything in the bin that they bring out when the ones I go to in Deland & Orange city Florida always enjoy us scouring through the new stuff coming out. This store is nasty & dirty!! Go somewhere else!!

Won’t take baby stuff but won’t let you throw it away.Salvation Army was closed on Sunday otherwise I would have gone there.Looks like I’ll be saving myself time and trouble and waiting for Monday-Saturday for Salvation Army. Will never return.Or I can just put the stuff on the curb for bulk pickup.

Way overpriced for a Goodwill.

The hours of drop off are so limited most people can’t donate. If you consider the limited hours they provide a woman to be nasty. If she was there why can’t she take donations. Can’t believe her job is just be nasty.

A little over priced. Two female workers were rather rude in their interaction with me. Relax it's a charitable resale shop.

Cool Halloween stuff, staff are nice. The store is kinda smelly and stinky, though

Everything is way over priced. Has been for years. It comical. Shouldn’t be things from $50 to hundreds in a good will. I’ll buy it online for cheaper.

This store is absolutely TERRIBLE. I’ve been in many goodwills and other various thrift stores and this one tops my worst tier list. Not only are the shelves literally stuffed to the brim with broken items that are FAR overpriced for a place that claims to be helping people and gets this stuff all for free. The workers there will apparently also just decide to raise a price of an item at the register whenever they please. Rude and greedy. Goodwill profited 6.1 Billion dollars last year, only added 5k more jobs, and claim “job training” as a community donation. Take your items somewhere else like a church thrift store that actually helps people.

This store is the most unorganized Goodwill I’ve been in. Items are just thrown everywhere Prices are ridiculously high, and unfriendly staff. Won’t ever return.
