Imperial Palms Apartments

Apartments
Hours: Imperial Palms Apartments is a 55+ community that offers a great place to live with a beautiful neighborhood. Residents describe it as a great little community and a little gem with very friendly neighbors, providing peace and quiet and fun all around. The community features two giant pools and clubhouses, along with exclusive access to the amenities of the larger campus. Living options can be tailored to a unique lifestyle, including chef-prepared evening cuisine, housekeeping, or laundry service packages. Free shuttle service to the mall or grocery stores and a free tram to the Campus Plaza are provided. The maintenance personnel are noted as good people, with specific praise for being exceptional, respectful, and taking care of issues. The office staff is recognized for wonderful and professional service, being super friendly and helpful during the move-in process. Apartments are described as very nice and in great shape. Some residents note concerns about people not following lease rules, the presence of big dogs and some young people, and a feeling that the 55+ designation is not always followed. Rent is considered decent, though there is feedback that non-renovated units should not cost the same. Overall, it is a great place to live where residents feel pretty much safe.
