“Probably the nicest complex I've lived in anywhere in the state so far honestly. It's not perfect of course, but in terms of price and feeling safe, it is the best I've lived in. The manager Yessy and the maintenance tech, Selvin and Angel are wonderful and respectful and always do their best to help. They're quick about getting to help requests. Them and the management team know us by name and always say hello when we see them. The Fountains in the backyards are genuinely so pretty and the fences are screened, so pets, small children are safe from getting out, and pests don't get in. At my last place it was open and we would get wasp nests constantly and I felt uncomfortable being out there. Here I actually want to sit out and read a book. Very quiet and no issues with feeling unsafe. You can't hear the neighbors, so it's nice and private. Ac and heat work well, and I really enjoy the ceiling fan in the living room.

If you're looking for a place under 1700, definitely apply here. They have move in special prices sometimes as well, which is what we got. Thank you, Yessy, Selvin, and Angel! And the rest of the management staff :)”

“We’ve been living here for well over 10 years maybe close to 15 . We love the area close to parks and close enough to just hop onto east bay and which switches to Roosevelt to get you Tampa pretty fast . It feels so comfy as our home . We’ve only have a couple issues here. And I see them improving the maintenance of the landscaping as well as a pool cleaner . So things looked to be improving . I love the largo police is located quick and easy right next to the highland park next door which makes it even better . A couple issues in the area caught on our security cameras but .. probably just young adults trying to act up. Other than that this is our home we love living in this area . If we sign a new lease I’d probably only have them fix a couple of things in our apartment . Maybe to feel a little more comfortable. When we moved into this unit we moved in quickly and the base boards and paint weren’t done nicely that’s something we’d want . And the bathroom sink vanity needs to be replaced because the sink doesn’t drain properly. But we will c in a few months if we sign a new lease. Like I said it’s cozy , close to parks . Only thing that always changes my mind d about moving is the no washer and dryers in units .

“I’ve lived here for 4 years and i absolutely love living here despite some problems that are inevitable no matter what complex you live in. Shelly and Chris are my go to when I need help with concerns or questions, they handle it almost immediately if not the next day, the issue is address and I really appreciate that. They are super nice! Especially Shelly! Hector is the best maintenance at Waterchase, he’s fixed numerous problems/ minor issues when coming to my apartment even if it’s something that wasn’t made in a maintenance request, he takes the time to take care of it and he’s super pleasant to deal with the other maintenance are also pleasant but Hector has by far been the best.”

“This is such a nice community. Rents are reasonable, they have great amenities, and the office staff is truly exceptional. I want especially to give a shout out to Niki, who went far above and beyond in helping us find a place for my mother-in-law. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments and surrounding grounds. It's really a beautiful place to live.”
