“really cute store and everyone’s friendly besides the male cashier with longer curly hair, i asked if i could flip a tortoise back right side up and he shook his head yes, then he talks under his breath “you’re not supposed to but you’re going to do it anyways” while my fiancee is right in front of him. rude. Nicer man in the back with the blonde curly hair gave me my feeder rats with a great attitude tho!”

“We took our dog to a park and realized he wasn't wearing his harness. We ended up here and the owner was so sweet! She helped us find a cute harness and gave our dog some treats that he loved! You can tell she loves what she does!”
“We found a dog wandering in our neighborhood that appeared to be partially blind and deaf. They immediately checked for a chip and the pup was reunited the next day with his family. Even though we arrived about 10 minutes before they closed they stayed late to get this pups information to get him back home.”
“Unfortunately I am surrendering my cat because I'm unable to take care of his due to my disability. Roo is such a sweetheart, loving, playful kitty and loves to eat. I'm dropping Roo off September 7 th in the morning and I feel really bad that I have to do this. The person who answered the phone was so nice, warm, kind hearted and very lovely. If you are looking for a perfect cat Roo is Amazing! If someone could possibly scoop him up that would be great! He's an orange cat. I will know more when I get there on Saturday 9/7/2024, but everything is going to go smoothly. Like I said the lady who I spoke to was so kind and understanding. I finally found a place for my cat. If anyone could possibly help out Roo ASAP please adopt him, you definitely are going to be getting a gentle, loving cat who loves attention and food. I received a huge warm and fuzzy welcoming from Beyoncé
Beyoncé made sure I got the PetSmart coupon book Beyoncé was l at the cashiers station brainstorming purchases I needed
I ended up getting a crate,,dog training class ,PetSmart grooming and vet services (The works)
I was blown away. I was impressed. I was amazed because the kids I don’t think older 17 let’s face it we don’t have those type of kids coming up these days
Justin he was so friendly and knowledgeable
Justin has calming soothing contagious demeanor
I don’t get this level of service excellence but at that late hour, Amazon was a No for me
Beyoncé make sure I had everything from collar to crate all while holding down the cashier station communicating with Justin through microphone
I walked in concerned,I walked out and I had to actually shed a tear as Justin loaded up my vehicle at 9:05 when they close at 9 PM
In that moment, it was a life teaching because I realized this is something a robot cannot deliver
I can actually get out and meet some good people and that’s what I wanna start doing.
Plus Beyoncé wants to meet my new pooch

This place is a place where owners of the “bigger” dogs can can confidently take their dogs for a visit. Please know that your dogs have the best chance of unbiased care and treatment at Seminole Boulevard Hospital. This place was highly recommended to me by one of my neighbors who also has a big teddy bear of a dog. Ty for the best visit ever and looking forward to the future we have with this amazing team!”
