The staff was super helpful and Alia my teller provided the best customer service. The door was held for me on the way put and it is those personal touches that make PNC a cut above the rest!!!

Staff behind the counter is clueless and their job is just to sit there. God forbid they put effort in fixing a problem . It looks like lack of training and also combination of being lazy.
