“Prior to cars unlimited I was going to an auto mechanic and Seminole Florida. I had no complaints or issues there but the services provided at cars unlimited superseded the other auto mechanic on steroids. One thing that stood out to me was the genuine concern and care the transparency and communication and the customer service and accommodations. For example, providing providing a loaner car of going to mechanics and times past where they worked on the car but I was left without a car and I would have to pay money out the pocket for Uber in order to get to and from or rely on friends or family for transportation to wherever I needed to go until my car was serviced. So providing a loaner car was definitely a huge accommodation that I'm truly grateful for. I appreciate the transparency with regard to every auto repair needed with accuracy giving me the option to this pick, choose and refuse whether or not I wanted to come out the pocket and pay for it. I appreciate the professionalism, the patience. I appreciate the accommodation of financially as far as providing services. In the event that you can't pay out the pocket for what needs to be paid, they provide loan options through outside third party resources. I have nothing but good things to say about cars unlimited. I will most definitely continue to be their customer.”

“Prius driver. My car broke down unfortunately my car mechanic sent me off without even trying. Stranded right outside ultimate car care waiting for tow truck. Started talking to one of the associates and decided to leave my car and cancel tow service. I am very happy I did. My car was back on the road in a few days and it is running better than ever. “Randy, the store manager was fantastic. The prices were extremely fair and his mechanic Vinny got me in and out in no time. My tire got a nail in it and they were willing to patch up my tire as the store was closing. The customer service at this location is great and I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for service.”

“73 years old, woke up with a flat tire (no spare) had AAA tow my car in to replace or fix tire.Service Manager James Palladino was very happy to help. Him and his tech. where very polite. I went into the waiting room and was surprised how fast they did the repair. Tire was replaced free of charge because I had warranty on it. They made my day. “They do a good job overall. Yes I would recommend. My irritation was the prices went up significantly. One year ago, my oil change was $79.99 now it’s $125.!! Way too much. I understand times are tough but really? A little more transparency would be good. I was told they topped off my fluids. I asked them if I would be charged. They said no. When I looked at my bill, I was charged. Also, I was told that that oil change price was only for 4 quarts and that cars normally take 5 quarts so I paid an extra $8.99 for an extra quart of oil. That seems sneaky to me. It seems to be a corporate problem. Nobody’s listening to each other.”

“Jake and Laslo [Lazlo?] are two of the absolute best. These guys were 5 minutes from closing on a Friday and I walk in with a hell of a story about my brand new e-bike and how the front tire was over inflated and completely misaligned. It broke on me during a ride and I could barely drag it into their shop. I was just asking if they knew anyone with a pick up truck I could lend a hand from since I lived a few blocks away. Instead, Jake was gracious enough to let me use a few of his tools to see if I could fix it. Laslo went to deflate it and re-aligned it just by hand.
If it wasn't for Jake and Laslo I would have been basically stranded with ~100lbs of dead weight and a 1.5-2 mile walk. Ultimate professionalism.”
