“Thur 7/9/ & Fri 7/10, I took my 1997 Ford Aerostar Van here to Jeremy. Main mechanic. He fixed my Linkage shift problem, which was bad. Also. he got my A/C working which hasn't really Ever worked. #He did a good job in 2 days & at a reasonable price.. #Also, In January 2024, he changed out ALL my original coolant hoses, etc. His work was well done & by the next day. #I would recommend him & the Shop to anyone who wants a reliable person, a reasonable turnover time, & at a good price.”
“Had a tire blow and towed it there at 545pm by 6pm the assistant manager David was already calling me with tire prices and options available to me. He had my car ready by 10am with 4 new tires and an alignment. The Mavis is by far by favorite place to deal with when I have car issues. The manager Warren is just as amazing and they have great service reps. I would 100000% recommend them!! Thank you David for easing my mind and providing great service and empathy!”

“Made the trip from Spring Hill because they had the tires I was interested in, the cheapest by far. Dealer take offs with only 2000 miles on them and manufactured this year (2023). Deal included install! Andy is a great guy with a great business. Made the trip on Sunday with less traffic and his shop offered those hours. Highly recommend!”

The lady in the office is friendly and easy to deal with, the overall experience is great, not at all like most tires stores similar to this one. “Since moving to the area, I have been using this location for my vehicles for over 25 years. I chose this location for the convenience but stayed because of the great service. The knowledge, professsionalism and friendly service keeps me coming back. They are communicative and explain the work they are doing in detail. When I didn't understand something and asked questions, they took the time to explain it to me and didnt treat me like a stupid woman. “I came from Orlando yesterday, and I unfortunately ran into an issue. I woke up to go to class, and my tire had gone flat overnight. I brought it in and they were willing to accommodate me despite the situation. They explained everything that could have been wrong, and advised me on the best thing to do for my drive back to Orlando.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Joy, Sammy, and Rich were very professional and fast-acting when it came to switching out my tire!”
