“After my first visit was less than ideal, I returned and met with Beau, a knowledgeable and friendly employee. If he is not already management, he needs a promotion. He is adept at problem management and overtly familiar with the store SOPs. As for customer service, I highly recommend anyone wanting to discuss the store's inventory/subject matter, go to this GameStop. I spent an hour in the store and Beau kept the customers moving while assisting me at the other counter. My final purchase was less than $50 but it didn't matter to Beau. I was a customer that needed help. That is what great customer service is made of.
There were a lot of trading cards available and collectibles on sale, in addition the gaming consoles and software. Definitely stop in for gifts and for yourself. Most people will find something they want.”

“There are not enough W's in the world to describe how awesome this store is.
First off, it's by far the cleanest BAM I've ever visited. No clutter whatsoever. Everything is displayed nicely and there is a lot of open space to walk through the store.
There is a very nice waiting area for the wives / girlfriends to relax and enough a complimentary coffee from the Keurig.
The staff is very friendly and promptly greeted me when I walked in and checked on me multiple times to see if I needed help finding anything.
They have a great selection from pre-built to NIB. I got a killer deal on a sealed Death Star GWP that was on sale for $120 and a very minty pre-built Luke's Landspeeder.
I highly recommend going to BAM St. Pete to all your Lego needs. Also, check out their amazing streams on Whatnot to score deals from afar by following their account @bamstpete and bookmarking their shows. ?”

“Such a cute shop! My sons obsessed with ducks right now it’s one of about ten words he can say so we took him here. They have any duck you can imagine they even have little ducks for a $1 which is perfect for my son. He loves coming here and yells DUCK!”

“My 13 yr old loves comic book stores. This was the only thing he cared about on our trip to Florida.. screw kayaking in silver springs. Anyway this comic book store was probably the widest variety we’ve been to. He said it was the best one and I know nothing about comics”
“My wife and I recently visited Build-A-Bear Workshop to create a special bear in memory of our beloved cat, Gigi, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience—especially because of Kit.
From the moment we walked in, Kit treated us with incredible kindness, compassion, and respect. She patiently walked us through every step of the process, including helping us make a recording of Gigi’s meows and stuffing our new furry friends. She even let us include some of Gigi’s fur inside and told us about the heartbeat option so we could feel a little closer to her.
What meant the most was how genuinely caring she was. She shared stories about her own pets and friends who had created memorial bears for beloved animals, and how much it had helped them through their grief. She never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. Instead, she gave us the time and space we needed during an incredibly emotional experience.
When we showed her videos of Gigi and told her what had happened, Kit even shed a tear with us. That level of empathy is something you don’t expect from a retail experience, but it’s something we’ll never forget.
Because of Kit, what could have been an overwhelmingly sad experience became one that brought us comfort and gave us a beautiful way to keep Gigi close to our hearts. We are so grateful for everything she did for us.
If you’re considering visiting Build-A-Bear Workshop, I wholeheartedly recommend this location—and if you have the opportunity to work with Kit, know that you’ll be in incredibly caring hands. Thank you, Kit, for helping us create something that we’ll cherish forever.”

“Very large store, huge book selection. But, there was just as much area devoted to games, music, and toys as there were books. Which seemed odd to me. I don’t frequent B & N (or really many other chain bookstores very often lately) so maybe that’s how bookstores are now.”

“The customer service is great. The selection and amounts of model kits is huge and they even have a workshop area where you can build and if you didn't bring your tools they'll offer to lend some. They have raffels and prizes usually every 2-3 months. Over all a really great place and amazing people 5/5.”

“My favorite shop in the area, actually is somewhat of an equivalent to a store in akiba. Instead of having all the battle shounen bullshit slop, they actually have merchandise for anime that's actually worth buying. Support your local business and shop here, especially if you're tired of the same old landfill deserving shounen figure slop and want something from a better series”

“Ollie's is a fun place to go. I definitely see it as a bargain hunters Paradise. There's really nothing fancy about the place, but they do have good deals and it's definitely worth going back to, as the merchandise seems to change very quickly. “Retro Rat is a hidden gem for anyone into collectibles and nostalgia.
