Variety Stores near Largo, FL

“The Gentleman behind the counter at this Largo location was very kind. He was running the whole store and had such a kind, polite, patient, demeanor, that I just had to recognize him for that. I went to 3 different 5 below today and he was the star of all of the employees!”

“I am writing in response to what Kate Geissler-Prosser wrote. Firstly, I would like to state the obvious. Your first mistake was taking your child with you to an adult store.Your argument was that your child was only two and wouldn't understand anything. Guess who does understand, the customers in the store whom you made so uncomfortable they actuallyleft the store. More importantly as the owner stated in his response the government has very strict laws, policies and procedures in place that must be followed or they will lose thier license to do business.Secondly, the moment the gentleman behind the counter told you that you needed to leave your child at the front of the store that is when your motherly instincts should have kicked in and you should have left and gone to another store especially when he advised you that they didn't carry the product that you were looking for. You suprised us all when we thought you left only to see you come right back in without your child to continue berating the gentlemen behind the counter. YOU PUT YOUR CHILD IN THE CAR, IN THE FLORIDA HEAT!!!! LET THAT SINK IN.... was yelling at that man behind the counter worth your child's life! I don't care what you say such as:the car was running with air, or whatever else you come up with. You chose to leave your child unattended to go yell at a young man that didn't deserve it at all. Common sense tells you Don't take a child into adult locations! You need to take a long hard look in the mirror, the problem is within you stop projecting your issues on other people and playing the victim. You seem to have an on going issue with being a mother? You stated that you were treated unfairly at another business because you are a young 30 year old mother. I'm pretty sure that no one is treating you unfairly because long hyour a Mother. Once again take a long hard look in the mirror.”

“I love 5 below! I know it's for teenagers but the items you can get for cheap? Unreal! I have purchased Xmas gifts for coworkers, birthdays, stocked up on my pups shampoo/body wipes/ear cleaning solution also they have the cutest dog tees for fur babies and toys too. Recently, 5 below stepped up their scent game as well. I purchased a Marshmallow muse, Forbidden Cherry by Vaile and White Violet by Surface. They all smell amazing and are better than a few of my expensive ones as well. I also purchased a yoga mat that I have needed for a while. Adorable design and pink! What girl girl doesn't like that? Staff is super friendly, helpful and always cheerful when you come in to purchase items or even looking. Definitely my go to place for inexpensive but cute items.”

“Where else can you find Pocky Sticks and other hard to find candies, a mushroom themed t-shirt, phone case, hair gel, and even some dumbells for excercise? Yup, this place! I love how friendly the associates are. They always make sure youre finding what youre after. Its almost ironic because you never TRULY looking for something specific when going to 5 Below. You just wander around until you've found a potpourri of items in your cart. Great place to find gifts also!”

“My experience today and five below was absolutely amazing. I looked over and saw Annabelle helping another customer the way she assisted her was very fluent and caring. She was genuinely interested in trying to help this customer with these earphones she was buying. I stood and waited for her to ask her a question about a phone holder I was trying to purchase and she treated me with the same care of assisting me with trying to see if this phone case would fit my car the way I wanted it to .. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 🥹”

“Went in and Julie the manager took care of me , I was in a rush and she suggested about the 10% saving for the email and helped me find the product I was looking for immediately. Made my day and for my 3 year son! Will come back- Very clean 5 below as well spacious!”

“To the Management Team at Five Below,

I wanted to take a moment to express how truly impressed I am with the staff at your location in Pinellas park, FL — particularly Courtney and Ansley. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care, especially with children, make this store stand out above all others.

I drive 25 minutes past multiple other Five Below locations just to shop at this one, and it is entirely because of the people who work there. For nearly six months, I was on a mission to find some highly sought-after toys for my kids. I visited countless stores during that time, but your team kept me coming back again and again.

Throughout that journey, I called the store multiple times a week to check on inventory, and not once did I feel like a burden. Every single time, the employees answered with patience and kindness — which means more to me than I can express. That level of consistent, genuine customer service is rare, and it did not go unnoticed.

This location has earned every bit of my loyalty. I will absolutely continue shopping here and recommending it to friends and family. Please make sure Courtney, Ansley, and the entire team know how much their dedication is appreciated — Courtney especially, whose patience and professionalism over the past six months truly made a difference.

Five stars — without question.”

“May 10, 2026 stopped by and got a book 📖 that my friend recommended to me the ABCs of Self love 💗 I got my receipt 🧾 emailed and a 10 percent coupon”

“Maria is an amazing ! She went above and beyond to help me find the right screen protector and phone case for my friend. Five Below is lucky to have her and I am lucky she was working today when I visited the store!!”

“They were such a great help to me during the pre-storm of Hurricane Milton. They were so very busy but stopped to help me look around and find a few items that I was in need of along with others. They were very professional. Again helpful and I appreciate them stopping to help me when so many others were in need and looking for items as well. Thank you I would definitely recommend this five below 100%. Again, thank you for your help.”

“The store manager Eric was exceptional!! He helped me so much with decorations for my daughter in law’s baby shower. They fill helium balloons if you bring them in as well as have awesome balloons and party decorations for sale. The pricing is fair reasonable and he was so honest about some of my balloons just needing air instead of trying to sell me helium that wouldn’t work for what we bought on Amazon. All the associates are super friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this store!!!”

“Please do not sign up for their rewards/membership program. It is $11.99 a month and there is not enough time for it to be explained at the counter. Otherwise very cute store with unique clothing and all kinds of Pop Culture including Strawberry Shortcake merch!”
