I purchased my mobile home in April of 2025 and have lived here since. The park is kept clean, it's quiet and the management is great. Donna is always quick to respond and she makes you feel very welcomed. Plus it's only about 5 mins from the beach. I love calling this place home.

Great people, great park environment. Donna the park manager is very accommodating. Close to the beaches and Pinellas Trail. Jimmy Snyder & Rick from Rider Resales, who sold me the trailer, were so helpful and genuinely concerned about my comfortability and extremely flexible. All around great

Very nice with excellent staff, Raul and Donna go far above there normal duties to insure a safe and comfortable community is present here!!! Raul is quick to assist anyone in the park and it makes a big difference when in need, Donna on the other hand is like having a second mother who looks out for her flock !!! Well...
