“Not a typical bike shop. But what makes it stand out is an owner who listens and is totally geared to customer service. Over the years with several different bikes I have had my share of flats and when I take the bike in, Rich never tells me to leave the bike and come back the next day, Even when he is backed up, he has an uncanny ability to take care of everyone. The days of fixing a flat for $5 are long gone but Rick's prices are certainly competitive with big bike shops where your repair is usually shunted off to a kid in training. Rich its the equivalent of a watchmaker - not someone who just sells watches but knows everything about them. I am particularly impressed with his knowledge of electric bikes which can be complicated. As he writes on his website, it is not the place you go to if you want to see rows and rows of shiny bicycles hanging from the ceiling. But if you want someone who can advise you as to what would work best for your particular needs, check out All Bicycles.”

I called Tyler on Saturday to ask if he had a very specific model and size (Specialized S-Works S5). While he did not have it in stock, he found the exact bike I wanted, and at the lowest price I could find online or at other shops. I was excited because I had been looking this bike for weeks. By Monday evening, he had the bike fully assembled for me with tubeless tires as requested.
When I came to the shop to take a look before buying, he asked me to sit on the bike while he proceeded to do a full fitting with seat height, handle bar controls, grips and custom pedals. Wow! I was so impressed.
And when I went to pay for it, I expected to see extra fees for these special services he provided, but what I was charged was just what he promised - nothing more!”
“Dropped the chain on my bike, and it became hopelessly stuck between the rear gears and the spokes. Felipe at Jim's Bicycles had it back on the gears and adjusted the derailleur in just a couple of minutes without even needing to take off the rear wheel. I picked up a nice and not expensive handlebars bag while I was there. Very pleased with this shop so far!”

“So I got a flat tire on Sunday I googled who fixes flat tires on Sunday. Bike Science came up. So I met Alfredo not only did he fix my flat he serviced bike with in two hours got my bike back. “I own two Enzo electric bikes, excellent bikes. I ride them on a daily basis so after 6 years they are in need of a tune up and new brakes. I call local bike shops and they are not familiar with the bike. I google Enzo bike repair and call to make an appointment. They tell me no need just come in. Next morning I arrive around 10:30 am. I’m helped immediately, they help me unload the bikes from my truck and start the diagnostics on each bike. The level of customer service was outstanding. I thought I would drop them off and see when they would get a chance to service them. I mentioned that I came from Vero beach to Pompano beach because it was the only shop that was familiar with Italian made Enzo’s. He fixed the bikes while I waited. I was on my way home by 11:40. They had the replacement parts in Stock!! Pricing was very reasonable. I felt very special they treated me so kindly but then I noticed all others where treated just as nice. This is a great bike shop, level of customer service is above any I’ve ever felt with. Highly recommendThank you for your kindness and fabulous customer service.”
“I purchased an XL full suspension 29er over two years ago. I have ridden it almost daily for miles and miles without ever having problems. I took it in last week for new tires and a tune up and the service was fantastic. The only shocking part was the price for the tune up because it was basically free. I love my Stradalli MTB and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.”
