“My wife shamed me for the delay in my review of the Pompano Beach Trek Bike Shop!! Simply put:”Drop by and end all your bike needs!”. I first went to the Trek Bike shop in Fort Lauderdale. Aaron and Matt took care of all our family’s bikes. We moved from Fort Lauderdale to Boca at the same time Matt moved to the Pompano Beach location. I made the 25 minute drive to Pompano (more in traffic) because I knew Matt was an expert. The day prior to a triathlon, I drove down for an emergency repair. To my surprise Matt relocated with his family and was no longer at that location. I explained to the Manager Billy and Giacomo what I believed the issue was and asked if they could work some magic. 37 minutes after leaving my bike I received a call that my bike was ready. I had one of the fastest bike times of all the racers the following day. The gears shifted with ease and the bike felt great and was quiet racing up A1A while catching racers who left the transition area before me. There are approximately 100 bike shops between my home and the Pompano Beach Trek store that I could go; Pompano Beach is my family’s choice. My wife and myself just competed in the Key West Triathlon, I felt there was a gear change which was required on my wife’s bike. Sal listened to what my concerns were and agreed with the gear change. An hour later I received the call that the bike was ready. My wife finished with the second fastest women’s bike leg. There is a certain amount of confidence in place when having your equipment serviced at Trek Pompano Beach. As a 50 year old rider who has been riding all his life; It is also great to go into the shop and talk “old bike war stories” with Billy and Sal. There is a component more than simply bike repair which go into creating that perfect bike shop atmosphere. Pompano Beach has it all. I have a 24 year old Carbon Kestrel and have said for the last several years that I will buy a new bike. That is impossible with Billy, Sal, Giacomo and Alex keeping my bike in top condition. My wife’s bike is 10 years old and she too has no need or intention of a new bike purchase. They do have some amazing new bikes at the location and can order you anything you need.I should not have been shamed by my wife to provide an honest review of the Pompano Beach Trek Location. Stop by and experience for yourself. As native New Yorkers who love the opportunity to ride year round; Pompano Beach trek has been a highlight of our Florida relocation. Alfred Lowe”

“So I got a flat tire on Sunday I googled who fixes flat tires on Sunday. Bike Science came up. So I met Alfredo not only did he fix my flat he serviced bike with in two hours got my bike back. “I purchased an XL full suspension 29er over two years ago. I have ridden it almost daily for miles and miles without ever having problems. I took it in last week for new tires and a tune up and the service was fantastic. The only shocking part was the price for the tune up because it was basically free. I love my Stradalli MTB and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.”

“I own two Enzo electric bikes, excellent bikes. I ride them on a daily basis so after 6 years they are in need of a tune up and new brakes. I call local bike shops and they are not familiar with the bike. I google Enzo bike repair and call to make an appointment. They tell me no need just come in. Next morning I arrive around 10:30 am. I’m helped immediately, they help me unload the bikes from my truck and start the diagnostics on each bike. The level of customer service was outstanding. I thought I would drop them off and see when they would get a chance to service them. I mentioned that I came from Vero beach to Pompano beach because it was the only shop that was familiar with Italian made Enzo’s. He fixed the bikes while I waited. I was on my way home by 11:40. They had the replacement parts in Stock!! Pricing was very reasonable. I felt very special they treated me so kindly but then I noticed all others where treated just as nice.
