Although I didn't approve for the rewards program I appreciate the time and effort to help apply for something I was told I qualified for but only to be disapproved after application submitted. On the upside, I have CAPITAL ONE. They offer perks are rewards for there customers such as survey winnings and more incentives to show how much they value their customers without intentionally causing a negative impact on there credit score.
