“I have been visiting this bank on behalf of my elderly parents for the last year, due to Covid-19, to assist with their banking needs. I have to say, every time I have visited, they have provided fantastic customer service! And this is all through the drive through, as the actual office has been closed to the public (due to Covid-19!) Yes, sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get to the front of the line, but when I do, the tellers have always afforded me the same amount of attention I assume they are providing others ahead of me and with kindness. This has been a tough 12 months for everyone and I really appreciate the excellent customer service they provide! I definitely recommend this location!”

“I have been a SunTrust (now Truist) customer since 1988, and this is the best and now my favorite branch. The staff in this location aims to please, and they deliver. Hats off to Lucy, a seasoned and highly skilled banker, for her patience setting up accounts for a new family member and for making overseas transactions smooth and easy! I have always found everyone to be friendly, welcoming and efficient with excellent attention to detail, which is quite important to me. The space inside is bright and clean, with a comfortable waiting area. If you have a particular need, making an appointment is a good idea to reduce your wait time, since this is a smaller branch. There is a drive up in the back with machines and teller assist by phone, and ATMs right inside the entrance. Relatively new, it is located right off University drive and offers plenty of parking. I am pleased this branch is such an important part of our community.”
