“Had to visit the sunrise branch of priority one today, in order to deal with a fraud matter. To make a long story short, we met Sheila and she was an absolute angel. She was patient empathetic kind, and very informative. She took care of closing out the old account, opened a new account for us, and advise us on certificates of deposit. When we arrived, needless to say, we were very stressed, but when we left, thanks to Sheila, we were comfortable at the problem had been resolved, and our account and resources were safe. Thank you very much, Sheila, for your excellent assistance.”

“I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this Wells Fargo branch. Nathaly Vella helped me open my new account, and from the moment we sat down, the interaction felt genuine and personal. We spoke about parenting, culture, food, and life decisions—she embraced me as a person, not just another customer. Her warmth, attentiveness, and authenticity made it feel like I was the only person in the bank. It honestly felt like I was sitting with someone I had known for years. Opening a bank account is usually a routine task, but Nathaly turned it into something memorable. Her professionalism and personable nature made me feel valued and seen. I’ve never experienced customer service at a bank like this before. Nathaly is a true asset to Wells Fargo, and I hope her example is recognized and celebrated. — Brandon Cope”

“Nothing but the highest praise and accolades for stellar employee Adam Mouradian. His calm and reassuring manner truly provided comfort and clarity to me and my husband in a time of great uncertainty. We did not feel rushed, and he made us feel like our problem was his greatest opportunity to help provide a solution. In this day and age, especially with the customer service we experienced from Wells Fargo's phone reps, it's a trait that's hard to come by. Kudos to Adam, and I am happy to recognize him for his great service and kindness.”

“Amazing experience as soon as I came in I was acknowledged I was treated with courtesy and respect. the best Asset this branch has as name is Nathalie and that is . She might only be the greeter to many but for me looking at everything she do from the lobby while I am waiting she is the director of the Orquesta, from greeting people as soon as they come in, confirming their appointment, asking questions resolving small things for the clients.Emelda was Amaizing she took care of me and I would like to remain with her as my personal and business banker.”

“Wells Fargo is not my bank... but that's not a bad thing! I had to drive to the branch to cash a check. Lots of available parking, so.... no problem there. Once we got inside, we were the only people in the branch. Again, no problem there. The teller was professional, pleasant and polite. No Problems. All in all.... I'd consider opening an account there! NL”

“EXCEPTIONAL customer service delivered by the team at Chase Sunrise (near the Sawgrass Mall) today. From the teller who took the extra step to secure a meeting with a banker (with an appointment) to the Banker, Yisel Reyes setting up my new business account efficiently, seamlessly, and professionally, all with a smile was priceless! It is so refreshing to visit an organization in which the customer is FIRST. That is truly a rarity these days. Yisel was thorough and patient, making this process seamless and painless. She walked me through every step; ensuring my new account was set up appropriately and she made sure I was comfortable navigating the app. She also educated me on products, tips and services I was unaware of. I have opened accounts (including other business accounts) at other financial institutions and the process was long, grueling and inefficient. Yisel even charged my cell phone when she noticed it was low on battery life! Talk about going the extra mile! I am extremely happy and will recommend Yisel and this Chase location to my family members and friends. Thank you so much Yisel and staff! Happy customer, Takia Johnson”

“This branch was very busy when I arrived, and the staff handled it professionally. It’s important for customers to show patience and courtesy when employees are clearly assisting others. The tellers were doing their jobs efficiently, and despite a few inconsiderate customers, the team remained calm and respectful. I had an appointment with Chris A. and had a great experience from start to finish. Even with back-to-back appointments, he was knowledgeable, patient, and never rushed our meeting. He explained everything clearly and helped me learn more about features in the Chase app that I can benefit from. I’ve been a Chase customer for over 10 years and have consistently had positive experiences. Thanks Chris!”
