“Amy was terrific. We went in to see a specific mattress in her store, and although she didn’t have one in stock in her store, she sent us to another store, very close by, so we could try it out. We loved the mattress and called her the next day to purchase it. We did the whole transaction on line, it was very easy, it’s being delivered to us on the day we requested and she gave us several discounts and perks. “Me and my husband went to the store in Fort Lauderdale and met Michael and gary. We just got married and our families present is an Outdoor Kitchen for the house we just purchased, we got a nice tour from the guys and are super excited to get it. We liked the Maui 10 and we have to get the right measurements. The fact that we don't need permits is great. And we like to support American products. Michael is extremely savvy of their products. And he offered us a great promotion that we could not resist. They are both invited to our first BBQ party.”

“Keith and his team are awesome! I've been a customer for over a decade. They have refinished different sets of patio furniture for me several times and I must say that I'm really impressed. The rates are good and the quality of work is second to none! ...and... it's completed in a timely manner. The first set they did (over 10 years ago) still looks great and has already out lasted the original finish as it was only a few years old when I brought it to them.
I also noticed that at least one of the employees helps to care for a couple of stray neighborhood cats, which to me speaks volumes of the type of people they are.
.... I will continue to use them for any future patio furniture needs that I may have and I highly recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs new or repair of old patio furniture.”
“We purchased a bedroom set in May 2023, and Chris truly listened to what we wanted and made it happen. At the same time, we bought a king-size mattress from Biscayne Bedding, known for supplying Disney, which gave us confidence—along with the 10-year non-prorated warranty.
About 2½ years later, the mattress began sagging. Chris immediately reassured us and asked Jennifer to help start the warranty claim. Jennifer provided clear instructions, and within a week and a half, our replacement mattress arrived. Marvin, the delivery driver, was prompt, set everything up, and removed the old mattress.
While defects can happen, the team at Beds Best Bargain stood by their warranty and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We’re very pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them to a friend.
