Great pricing and your “diagnosis fee” goes towards your fix. Gave an accurate time frame and they text you a link when they’re somewhat close so you can track your technician and know exactly when they’ll be there. Highly recommend for any appliance fix. Right from when we walked in we found just what we were looking for, at reasonable prices. Sue was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions and recommendations and we purchased everything we needed. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The furniture was delivered on time and the men the were very efficient, professional and polite. We were very impressed when the store manager called us the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend.”

In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

“Came into the store to look for a connector cable and the section where the cables were located was easy to spot. They had many different options of connectors, so I had to be very careful figuring out the exact item I needed. Sometimes I feel there's so many choices now for everything, it makes it so confusing to go shopping. Same with something like TV sets....there are hundreds of brands, sizes and options....for just watching TV.... That's the way our world is now....Choices, Choices, Choices...LOL....”

“Went into my favorite neighborhood Home Depot to purchase paper towel bundles on sale for $19.98. These are the "special" kind that you can tear each large towel into three separate pieces so you dont waste paper. Anyways, its cheaper than Walmart for some items in bulk. They alwats have great deals on bbq grills and power tools that usually pull me away from the one item I came in to find and purchase. The check out kid was very friendly and professional. The Sawgrass Mills Mall has every possible thing to buy, eat or play within one square mile. In addition, the City of Sunrise supplies this small area with four totally FREE new Tesla SUVs under an App called FREEBEES to pick you up and drop you off morning until night. So shop til you drop or something like that.”

It was surprisingly cheap at originally $149 it went down to $90 with Black Friday Deals and got $60 off my purchase. Then they even helped me load it into my truck. “I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”
