“I discovered this shop through Google reviews. My beloved Singer sewing machine that I've owned and used for 30+ years wasn't operating properly. I met Warren and asked him to investigate and give it a tune up. We'll, my dear old Singer was beyond repair (plastic gear cracked, which Warren showed me). I was very sad because I thought all the new machines are computerized and high tech. He told me about the Janome Sewist 721 (and that it was on sale). I told him I had to think about it and discuss the expense with my husband. Warren is a no pressure and straight talking kind of fellow. I did some research and learned about Janome machines. Compared my dead Singer with my backup Singer. Went back to Warren the next day with a list of questions and told him about my sewing priorities. What a patient man he is. He listened to my needs, offered some tips, gave advice/facts. He converted me from a lifelong Singer gal to a Janome gal and I made my purchase. I recommend Warren as a great technician, honest and direct. I will be bringing my backup machine to him as well as my Mom's for servicing. In addition to being an expert on sewing machines (embroidery, sergers, long arms, etc) he also is an expert on vacuum cleaners. I can't afford the top of the line, but i know my next vacuum cleaner will come from this shop. As long as Warren is still there in case anything goes wrong. I have full confidence in him. “My dyson stopped sucking air, and a quick search on dyson.com for service centers brought me here. I arrived 15mins before closing time but Mike was super nice and helped fix my dyson, explaining and showing me exactly what was wrong with it. Only paid for the new part <$40 and saved hundreds of $$$ because I thought I would have to get a new one. They also cleaned my dyson entirely before returning it which was a super nice gesture. Would highly recommend!”
“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”

“We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”

“There hasn't been a time that I've gone to this big box hardware store that I've been disappointed.As someone who is clueless about hardware, I usually get a handyman to help me, but I didn't want to wait till he was free for something I needed right away and could "probably" do myself. I rushed over with lightbulb in hand because the light went out in my bathroom. Given that the bulb is a bit different--with two small prongs which I later learned is called a bipin or bi-pin, I knew I'd need some expert help. After strolling down the aisles, I realized they didn't have the bulb I needed! So I went on the hunt.... After much deliberation with the guys, we agreed on the best possible solution which was to get an adapter so I could just screw in a standard light bulb. The best part was that it was all very affordable and I have two choices going forward. Despite this location not having a whole lot of crew members, when you find one (or two), you can bet your bottom dollar they will jump in and make it worth your trip there!As I was leaving the store, I noticed there's a question on the bottom of my receipt: "Did we nail it?" Yes; Carlos and Paul nailed it!”
