“I went to O’Reilly@ the Lauderhill location, on W.Commercial Blvd. I had gone to Advance Auto first, but they neither had the battery in stock for my car and they wouldn’t of installed it because as they said, “On certain cars” unfortunately my battery is half hidden. I called O’Reilly and, yes they had “batteries” different brands, w 2,3,4 year guarantee. I have to mention, The store manager, plz write his name, GERMAN😊 he was installing window wipers for a customer when I arrived. German was totally respectful. Didn’t roll his eyes when I didn’t know, what size engine my car had, German was the only person on staff. When I asked if they could install the battery, he said, Yes, not a problem, although if a customer walks in to the store, I will have to stop and come back. I agreed and within 5 minutes it was installed! Vrom, Vrom! It is so amazing to have this positive, respectful service with customers, I will always go back to Oh, oh, oh O’REALLY on west Commercial Blvd. Thank you German, you are a 10 out of 10 in every level of custom service, go and check this place out for yourself”

“Shanti, one of the managers, was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I called to order coils for my Acura and she was on point offering me the correct products. She also helped me to choose a pair of wind shield wipers and put them on for me. I had a great experience and I will return, for sure! Thank you, Shanti!”

“The first Powertex Battery I bought was for for my Honda 3000 generator. I have two boats and 10kwh in solar battery storage and last my utv all with LiFeP04 batteries. I have 12, 24 and 48 volt configurations. They provide reliable batteties that function well under adverse conditions. I am in a area where the ambient can reach 120 degrees. Lead acid batteries just cannot perform in those temperatures. Their service has been excellent as well as tech support when designing the battery use. In short these are the only larger LiFePo4 batteries I use.”

“Had a dead battery in my car the other day. I live a few doors down and was able to walk over and pick up a fresh high-quality O'Reilly-branded battery with a 4 year warranty at a great price and installed it myself with the socket wrenches they graciously lent me. Excellent service and advice, friendly staff, and my problem solved in less than an hour! Highly recommend.”

“I've been coming to their O'Rielly's since they first opened, but hadn't been in 5 years until tonight. One of the gentlemen working there I had met before, I believe he's the manager, and was extremely helpful even though he was on his way out and off the clock. The other employee, Alejandro was also extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. He made sure everything I got would be perfect for the work I need to do on my car. And it was. Grateful to have this store in the neighborhood. AutoZone in the area may have a new, large store, but the customer service there has been sub par every time. If you're in Oakland Park/Ft Lauderdale, do yourself a favor and go to this O'Rielly's for any vehicle part needs and help.”

“I initially had a very frustrating experience at this location. I rode my bike 3.5 miles to the store because a previously purchased torque wrench was malfunctioning. Since I didn't have a paper receipt, I asked an employee to look up my account using my phone number. He refused, claiming it wouldn't help, and was dismissive to my request, maybe because the store was closing in 15 minutes and he was already checked out. After he refused, I decided to purchase a different torque wrench. The other associate rang me up but didn't ask for my phone number to record the purchase, which caused me to snap at him out of frustration. When I got home, I realized this new wrench was uncalibrated. This meant another long trip back to the store, hoping I wouldn't lose the paper receipt. When I returned the next day, I immediately apologized to that second associate, realizing he was probably new and just doing his job. After that, the manager, Marius, completely turned my experience around. He provided a warranty replacement for the original wrench and even let me trade in the uncalibrated one for a gift card. His professionalism was top-class; he made me feel heard and valued. Top managers like him are why I love coming to O'Reilly Auto Parts for my vehicle needs. 5 stars!”

“I’ve been using refurb’d Interstate batteries for the past decade on my business’s 3 vehicles. Why everyone in S. FL doesn’t know about it?- has always seemed CRAZY to me. “Is it intentional?” “Do they like being ‘boutique’?” “Don’t wanna lose that- hip, underground, word-of-mouth vibe?”… ??♂️I’ve no idea. Before today, I’d been getting them from Rocco’s in West Palm Beach. A long drive north. I didn’t know there was a spot in Pompano until today. Score.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Kaitlyn, at O’Reilly Auto Parts on University Drive. After my rim cracked, I was stranded in the parking lot … She went above and beyond to help me change my tire and replace my lug nuts. Her willingness to help, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly exceeded my expectations. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and takes the time to make sure they are taken care of. Kaitlyn made a stressful situation so much easier, and I am extremely grateful for it. Thank you so much Kaitlyn, your kindness, and service doesn’t go unnoticed. You are an outstanding example of whaty customer service should look like, and O’Reilly is lucky to have you in their team . I will absolutely recommend this location to others because of the wonderful experience I had with you!”

“Jose at O’Reilly Auto Parts was an absolute GEM. He was honest, helpful, super kind, and had me in and out fast. If he’s not the manager already, he should be. I started my day at advanced auto, thank gosh their system was down and they sent me here. I would not have received this service anywhere else. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, he was my saving grace of the day. Will absolutely be coming back and sending my friends”
