“It was quick and easy pickup at Sixt. There was huge line up at other rental company counters. I had booking with budget but the line was crazy so I checked with Sixt and the associate (Kevin) was very helpful and he upgraded to BMW convertible at very nominal rate.”

He made it a breeze by assisting me with getting a new quote, making a new reservation and cancelling the one that I no longer needed. The initial booking was prepaid and he ensured that once I confirmed the cancellation, the information was sent to Budget rent a car for the refund. He was very helpful and patient with me. “A large car rental company, (I won't name), at Ft Lauderdale Airport, gave away the rental car we reserved, , and there were no rentals available! We had to take a taxi to our hotel. The following morning, I called a few local car rental companies in Hollywood, one of which was Autocarma. They did not have the size car we were looking for, but within the hour, they texted me back to advise me that one had just been returned. I was so impressed with that level of customer service! The car was great. We highly recommend Autocarma and would definitely use them again!”

“I recently had to have my car repaired from an accident I had and I chose crash champions. They did not disappoint, I went in thinking this was going to be a typical car repair business and was blown away with the total professional staff and quality of the work that they have done. Also I had to bring my car back for a minor detail that was possibly overlooked and a representative named Blake was more than helpful with correcting what was missed and apologized for the mishap. Will highly recommend if needed, give them a shot, I'm sure there work will speak for itself.”

“Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.”

“Progressive Insurance sent me to Enterprise. They do not entertain you over phone (long waits) and most times don't even pick up the phone. So just go there. The wait time to get the car was VERY long but Que and Rosa helped me expedite. The staff is very polite. Car was great. The return was smooth with Max and Zubair even arranged a return ride for me within few minutes. Miguel dropped me back quickly (it was Saturday and they were not crowded). Great service, great team, just be patient with waiting.”
