“This is such a long overdue post and I’m sorry for it! Michael Joseph was such a tremendous blessing to us in buying a new car that I needed. He was patient, kind and hysterical and even gave me some words of wisdom that helped me get a better price on the car! My mom and I loved talking with him. He worked diligently and faithfully while being courteous to us. I don’t write reviews normally but this man has been so impressed upon my heart even now (nearly a month later) I had to finish the review I told him I’d leave him. I’m sorry for the delay my friend. The staff was lovely but he was exceptional. He will have my strong referral if anyone asks for a credit union. 15 stars”

As i walked in she gave me a warm smile and greeting. As told her about my credit situation and my goals and she kindly introduced and to me the best options to acheive them with BrightStar. “Had to visit the sunrise branch of priority one today, in order to deal with a fraud matter. To make a long story short, we met Sheila and she was an absolute angel. She was patient empathetic kind, and very informative. She took care of closing out the old account, opened a new account for us, and advise us on certificates of deposit.
When we arrived, needless to say, we were very stressed, but when we left, thanks to Sheila, we were comfortable at the problem had been resolved, and our account and resources were safe.

“Best location in Broward! Anthony went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service (even expedited a replacement ATM card for me). My family and I were in and out within 10 minutes even with us having to make multiple transactions for different accounts. Also a big thank you to Cam for being so kind to my kids and making their trip to the bank that much more meaningful. The service today reminded us of the good old days where the tellers knew you by name and treated like a valued customer, rather than just a number. Highly recommend!”
