“Today was a very rewarding day Anthony Malden was extremely helpful his attitude and spirit was excellent, I saw him work.with the client ahead of me and she was giving him a hard time as she was frustrated, but he remained calm defusing the situation offering to go above and beyond the call to duty. “Received an email that my card had been locked due to fraudulent attempts or activity, so it took me 15 minutes to reach the DCFCU. Once I signed in and explained the situation the young lady at the customer service desk Latonya was very pleasant and helpful with explaining everything and was able to create me a new card and confirm the false transactions that almost took place in less than 20 minutes I was done and gone.”

“Had to visit the sunrise branch of priority one today, in order to deal with a fraud matter. To make a long story short, we met Sheila and she was an absolute angel. She was patient empathetic kind, and very informative. She took care of closing out the old account, opened a new account for us, and advise us on certificates of deposit.
When we arrived, needless to say, we were very stressed, but when we left, thanks to Sheila, we were comfortable at the problem had been resolved, and our account and resources were safe.

I have just refinanced my auto loan with them and they gave me unimaginable terms thanks to the courteous, and professional staff who opened a wide spread options package to suit my needs. The only inconvenient issue to keep in mind when visiting the branches, previously reported by other customers, is the fact that branches are located within state government buildings and access falls under such government security regulations as: not entering premises with cellular phone, metal detector screening, difficult to find parking spots, etc.”

“I have been with BSCU for over 20 years. I use the Davie location. In the past, the customer service at the location was average. Since Mr. Frantz Dorvilne has been branch manager the service has been excellent. He is professional and effective and always available in the office or on line.”
