“Hello I wanted to be sure. I wrote a review because there is a staff member at the 5900 North federal highway location in Fort Lauderdale. That I believe definitely needs to be recognized. I have had my account for a couple years. And every time I come into the location, a gentleman by the name of Carlos. It's always there working and is very friendly and welcoming, he greets and treatsAll customers, so kindly an Always has a smile on his face. He is Honestly the best and has always helped me with any questions or issues that I have ever had with banking at Tropical. I have been so satisfied with his customer service for these past couple years, that i was so so sad to hear that he will be changing locations, but only because he was promoted. (Yayyyyyyy!) He definitely deserves that, but will be missed! His employer is definitely lucky to have him!! I will definitely miss seeing him at my local location but anyone who comes in contact with Carlos, i am most definitely sure that they will always be satisfied, just as I was!!! “This should have been a 1-star review but Deena saved you this morning. I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I have been provided lately. I have been with the WE Financial since it was ‘peoples credit union’. I opened a business account in October than I have not been able to access since. I have sent over 25text messages with no response. Have called more than 14times. Wait times over 1hr.I called this morning to close my accounts but got Deena who fixed my login issue within 5mins. “Was in the area and looked for the closest location as this is my bank. Now a days who ever goes in a bank but I needed cash but wanted smaller bills that you can't get at the ATM. So once inside no wait and the nicest person to assist me. She even asked if I wanted a new car loan. No I didn't hopefully my current car has no issues and won't have to buy a new one any time soon. But if I did have to get a loan I surely would check this bank out. On the way out I needed to use the restroom and they had one of these as well. It was very clean as was the rest of the bank.”

Space Coast Has Moved To a brand new Building off of pines blvd and its spacious with offices,and even offer drive through banking.my personal experience wich was a pleasant and professional one which i was able to open two accounts and refinance my auto loan which Space Coast Credit Union. They we're able to provide me with a much lower interest rate and reduced my 5 year loan to 3. Saving me money in the long run. The Representative whom attended me Ms.Oliviia was very Articulate and displayed professionalism at all times. I Will Definitely Recommend this location and I will definitely Revisit.also plenty of parking is available.”
