“This review is specifically addressing Veronica. My dog has been a patient at Banfield Lauderhill for years, and the service has been generally good. Since I don’t usually write reviews, I was never compelled to write one until we met Veronica. My dog is 10 with a difficult personality and a heart condition. On the second visit she remembered who he was, how he was, his need, and found a way to deal with him. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful, and seeing her there during our visits puts me at ease.”

“I just left VCA after picking up my cat whome i care about dearly she was very well treated and so was I.. Kaley at the front desk was very friendly and was kind to make me a same day appointment even though i was a first time client also the first visit was FREE also the Vet Doctor Britteny Santos was superb she does well with cats after making me a plan to do an enema and sedation for my cat i agreed to it , after about 1 hour i got a call from her saying my cat was ready to pick up and she did not even need to sedate her... that alone reduced my bill significantly but more important is there honesty i have 5 cats and i plan to bring them all here from now on because of Miss Santos Thank you very much for youre help”
