“Busy afternoon but line for full customer service kept moving along. Two guys behind the counter kept cool and focused on task of helping customers. I addressed a priority envelope and grabbed a money order in a short amount of time. Be patient, let the counter staff do their job. Works well that way. These are good people that work here.”
“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. Customer service at its BEST! Thank you so much!!!”
